In a ABC News interview with Lara Spencer Dina reeled off a list of domestic chores that Clint normally does. Cleaning the Cages. "Oh my gosh — clean all the rat cages, the pig pool, and the parrots' cages,"
Clint Eastwood acknowledged that he enjoys keeping animals — and says the rats are domesticated, just in case anyone was wondering.

In November 2007 Rat Chick Rat Rescue received a generous donation from Clint and Dina Eastwood.

The Eastwood's donation was used to pay our court fees for our non profit certification and gave us the opportunity to get the tumor on Carmella's side removed, giving her a second chance at a happy life. She went to her forever home with a loving family and is doing great!

But the donation did even more than help us financialy now we can say that Clint and Dina Eastwood contributed to our organization which will make people who say, “ewwww rats”, think twice.

Clint and Dina Eastwood are so kind, we can not thank them enough.
